1. HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
You can book an appointment on our website. Click book an appointment, then pay now. After you pay a deposit of $25, THEN it will take you to the appointment page for you to pick a date and time of service?
2. DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
Yes, all appointments require a deposit of $50 which will go towards your final payment.
3. HOW DO I OBTAIN MY MEDICAL CANNABIS CARD?
Visit www.mmcc.maryland.gov. Create a patient profile and complete the application online. The state of Maryland will send you back a 16 digit MMCC patient ID number via email. Once you receive your MMCC patient ID number, THEN you can book an appointment with us.
4. WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS FOR MY MEDICAL CANNABIS CARD?
PER MMCC: "Qualifying medical conditions include cachexia, anorexia, wasting syndrome, chronic or severe pain, severe nausea, seizures, severe or persistent muscle spasms, glaucoma, and post-traumatic stress disorder." Medical Cannabis can also be recommended, at the discretion of the issuing provider, for conditions that failed persistently other treatment options.
5. WHAT IS YOUR LATENESS POLICY?
There is a 15 minute Grace Period for lateness. After that, there is a $20 late fee charge. For a No call, no show; there is an additional $50 to reschedule an appointment, which is added to your service total. You will also need to Repay your $50 deposit for any new appointments. The original $50 deposit that was paid for the previous appointment will not be refunded or credited if you are a no call, no show. If you would like to cancel an appointment, then you must notify us within 24 hours of your appointment or deposit will be forfeit and not credited to next appointment.
6. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
There are no refunds, unless granted for special permission at the discretion of the owner.
